Apple just proved that iPhone is more popular than Galaxy S10 and P30 Pro

According to the latest data from Strategy Analytics, Apple was the world's largest smartphone maker in the fourth quarter of 2019. Assuming the data is accurate, this means that the iPhone is more popular than any product released by Samsung or Huawei, including the Galaxy S10 and P30 series. The US tech giant is said to account for 18.9% of the global smartphone market in the fourth quarter of 2019, up from 17.5% in the same period last year.

In contrast, Samsung has 18.4% market share, and Huawei has 15% market share. Chinese technology giants Xiaomi and Oppo entered the top five with 8.8% and 8.1% respectively.

According to Strategy Analytics, Apple also shipped the most smartphones. Cupertino sold 70.7 million iPhones from October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. It is reported that Samsung has sold 68.8 million smartphones, and Huawei ranked third with 56 million during this period.

Xiaomi and Oppo once again ranked fourth and fifth, respectively. It is said that Xiaomi has sold 33 million mobile phones, and Oppo has sold 30.5 million.

Neil Mawston, executive director of Strategy Analytics, said Apple's year-over-year growth was the best since 2015 and said it was "recovering", partly because of its cheaper iPhone 11 launched in September model.

He said: "Apple's iPhone shipments are growing 7% annually, from 65.9 million worldwide in the fourth quarter of 2018 to 70.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2019. This is Apple's best growth performance since 2015. .

"In the past year, Apple's share of the global smartphone market has increased from 18% to 19%. Apple is recovering due to lower iPhone 11 prices and healthier demand in Asia and North America. Samsung is fourth in 2019 Global smartphone sales in the quarter were 68.8 million units, a decrease of 1% per year from 69.3 million units in the fourth quarter of 2018.

Samsung's global market share was flat compared to the same period last year and remained at 18%. From entry-level to high-end models (such as the Galaxy Note 10+ 5G), Samsung continues to perform relatively well across all price points. "

Although Apple dominated the fourth quarter of 2019 in terms of market share and smartphone shipments, Moston noted that Samsung withdrew from the market in 2019 and became the largest manufacturer overall with a market share of 21% .

He continued: "For the full year, Samsung still ranks first with a 21% market share in 2019."

According to Strategy Analytics data, Huawei will be the second largest smartphone maker in 2019, with a 17% share, while Apple ranks third with a 14% share. These views are also supported by Counterpoint Research and Canalys.

Of course, we must wait until later this year to see if Apple can continue to grow from the fourth quarter of 2019 to 2020.

When i am wondering how to sell my iPhone at the best price, then i came across the site Handsetrecycle.com and thought it is the best place to sell my iPhone at an amazing price.

Is foldable smartphones going to be the future

Samsung is making a giant phone that folds in half and sells for $1,770. The Galaxy F is said to be released in March next year, and the company plans to sell one million of them in 2019. The phone is basically a tablet that can be folded into a mobile phone, which is said to be able to open, as "snap" as the previous flip phone. but why? Cable TV's Brian Barrett traces the history of collapsible smartphone technology in a weekend report, saying: "These scenes are tempting: you can keep your smartphone in single-screen mode on the way to the subway. Check in on Twitter and then expand it. Once you get on the train and read the New York Times, you can see the size of the tablet. This attraction is very obvious and people wonder why it took so long." Is that kind of scene really tempting? Is the attraction obvious enough? Maybe I missed something here, but it seems that at best it is just a possible thing, I won't scream. If I see a mobile phone folded in...
